I am an active partner – with my two brothers – in the Bill Marsh Automotive Group, a 250+ employee multi-franchise dealership group located in Traverse City, MI, where I oversee marketing, e-commerce, customer service, and leadership development. I am also a public speaker, fitness enthusiast, and father of three grown children. My wife, Debbie, and I have been married for 33 years.

- Customer Service: Since 2007, I have directed a company-wide customer service initiative in our business, which includes over 1200 employee-hours of training each year. I will post many of the insights I’ve learned from the world’s top trainers and organizations that will help you grow your personal brand and/or your business through exceptional customer service.
- Health and Wellness: As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I enjoy sharing the latest insights and helpful strategies in nutrition, exercise, new training methods, and other behaviors that will add years to your life….and life to your years.
- Occasional “off topic” posts. Once in awhile, I will feel the urge to share an insight, idea, or strategy that’s completely unrelated to the above, but too compelling to me to keep to myself.
I’ve enjoyed presenting to local organizations like the Traverse City Leadership Lunch Club, Northwest Michigan Home Builders Association, Charter Business Group, Grand Traverse Area Young Professionals and the Gaylord Chamber of Commerce. My presentations include “Building Your Personal Brand” and “Lessons on Leadership: The Bill Marsh Story” which chronicles the journey of my father, Bill Marsh, Sr. and shares the key leadership lessons he instilled in me. My latest presentation is “Rules of Engagement:The 3 Disciplines of Exceptional Customer Service.”
